Well, finally dropped another lb

Was 227 today. Mind you, I didn't really have a lot in the way of food around here while everyone was away. I need to get used to shopping mainly for ms r and I as Beloved could be gone 8-10 days at a shot. Picked up enough to keep the wolves at bay and sent her out for more when she came home. Didn't make it to the gym today due to paperwork drama of the boss' but we got that dealt with. Tomorrow is my thursday deciding who gets what amount, so I will likely walk and hour before work. Fell off the wagon and had both a donut AND a cookie tonight. The gods will punish me I'm sure.
